The other day when I was browsing for new blogs, I saw a post by
The logo and cover I'm designing are for a crypto community. When I think of crypto, I can't help but think of blockchains as the underlying technology. A community can be described as a group of people with a common interest. So in my design here, I'm trying to bring the 2 elements: blockchains and community, and symbolize them as 4 chain links linked together.
Speech bubble represents chatters in a community.
Separately, each chain link also resembles speech bubbles that could represent chatters or dialogues in a community.
I first doodled the logo on my scratch-pad to get a better idea of what it would look like and then fired up my Photoshop.
For the cover, I incorporated a picture taken from Unsplash by Fabio as the background.
So here is my design:
LOGO (512 px x 512px / 300 dpi)
This is only a draft design on a black and white background. Transparent background is also available. The color of the logo can be altered/customized accordingly.
COVER (1500 px x 500 px / 300 dpi)
