Beulah just finished her workout.
Description: For a long time now I have been avoiding burpees. I even downloaded this app that would help me take it slowly, but was too scared to even open the app.
One time I opened the app and instead of doing burpees, I did jumping Jacks.
This morning, I had a lot of chores hence was unable to do my skipping.
While doing my chores, I thought to myself, 'why not start doing burpees?', these days I feel lighter.
I was almost not going to do any work this evening, however, I pushed myself.
So I did 3k skips and 60 burpees. Not bad for a start.
Now, I have decided to modify my morning workout to between 3k and 3.5k skip with some strength training.
Fingers crossed.
