Today the weather is beautiful and what could be better than a workout in my garden?
I'm currently doing the Prometheus Workout again by Taco from Cavemantraining.
I learned a lot from him and his wife Anna and did even the Fundamental Kettlebell Trainer L3.0
So I'm doing the Prometheus Workout 3 - 4 times a week now. Beside that I throw in random stuff like windmill and bench press.
Today I went for:
Warm up: rope jumping 4 times 1min / dynamic stretching
- 4 rounds of Prometheus 24kg
- 3 rounds 10 x KB swings 24kg
- 3 rounds
(3 times pushup, clean, squat, thruster, half snatch, drop) 2 x 16kg
Cool down: stretching
(Don't look at the spikes. Sometimes the belt seems to go crazy without any reason)
