I just finished a 15.773km running that lasted about 1hh:33mm:10ss !
Today i went for a trail run workout with high intensity in order to improve my Anaerobic & VO2 performance. This activity was very demanding. While it can significantly improve my cardiorespiratory fitness, it can become harmful without enough recovery time and should be done sparingly. I achieved the full scale of training effect effort 5.0 . I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 161 HR and 184 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
