I just finished a 152.801km cycling that lasted about 5hh:42mm:13ss !
Today i started my endurance workouts in order for increasing the number of mitochondria in my cells. This was a mid to low intensity workout with a steady pace and power output. I achieved a training effect of 3.1 impacting my aerobic fitness and improve my cardiorespiratory fitness during this activity. I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 127 HR and 168 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
