Wow thats a good run! I'm uhh still working up to it. I went for a walk two years ago, then got excited and started running. Went a few blocks then hurt my knee a bit. But I was trying to walk just to the YMCA and back every week or so. If I can get up to 8km a day that would be excellent for my health. I'll do it, thanks for the motivation !!
