I think supplements are a mixed bag. For instance, there are legitimate studies showing that a K2/D3 supplement can significantly reduce your risk of heart attack due to calcium buildup in your arteries. Krill oil also has legitimate benefits in reducing triglycerides and other heart benefits. Of course, if you believed the advertising behind every supplement you would be taking 1000 things and too mich of anything is indistinguishable from poison.
The big fad now if im to go by all the social media ads ive been seeing lately is mushroom coffee. No idea how beneficial that really is.
