A couple of days ago I told you about setting a training plan. Today was the first session, an easy 5 K run to gradually introduce planned training.
Run:
- 5 minutes warmup
- 5 K easy run at
- 5 minutes cooldown
It's a start!
Tomorrow a first real exercise awaits. 8 K easy with 6 strides after 6 kilometers.
