Sunday morning with nothing better to do that to establish a morning routine of my liking. It starts at 8 am and goes like this:
- walk with Puma
- 7 K easy run with some exercise at the turning point
- Wim Hof breathing exercise, 4 rounds
- cold water shower
- planks, one minute
It was done at 10:30 am. Two hours and a half of quality time.

- 30 rounds of deep double inhale through mouth and shallow exhale through the nose
- retention on an empty lung for as long as it (comfortably) gets
- deep inhale squeeze your will and muscles toward your head, hold for 15 seconds
- repeat all this four times
