A friend of mine is doing the Everesting thing this Friday and Saturday. You know, the crazy stuff of walking or cycling up and down the same route until you climb for 8848 meters.
He's doing it for charity too.
I will provide bib numbers for him and run along for several climbs.
So it's time for some training in this direction. This afternoon I went up and down the climb nearby for six times. It's 50 meters of climb on 500 meters distance.
It's interesting how the watch keeps telling me the hill is getting lower as I run.

With these six climbs I made 3.4 % of the Everesting challenge. Nothing, in one word.
