Today I am going to share with you how I exercise every day. We all know that exercising is a really good thing for our body. It will improve our physical health as well as our mental health. So I encourage you to exercise sometime every day.
If we can track our exercise, it will help us to motivate to do more. and we can keep track of our improvement. Most of the devices these days tells us everything we need to know about our exercise section.
I am using an Apple watch to track my workouts. It gives me the motivation to do workouts every day. so I like it very much. There is a jogging track near to my home. I go there every day to do my exercise. It's a 1.8km long track. I run one way and walk in another way. In this way, it feels so good to me. The environment is also really good. There are lots of birds there which I love. And the large paddy fields are amazing.
