I'm Imantha Dilshan from Sri Lanka. This is my first post for this community. I will agree to all the rules of this community.
Today I am going to share with you my exercise patterns. I own an apple watch. It really helps me to do exercise in a better and organized way which is really good.
There is a jogging track near my house. I normally go there and run about 2km every day. I do this normally in the evenings. After the exercise, it feels really good.
My watch helps me to better track my health. It tracks calary I burning, steps, heart rate and many more valuable data. I love this tool very much.
Other than running, I own an elliptical machine that can do bicycle like exercises. It is very good for indoor exercises. When the environment is not good for outside exercise, this way is the most suitable one for me. I hope you will agree with me.
