Finally its Friday - first 5 days have gone by now and with some success.
This morning the weight in revealed down 1,5 kg since Monday.
I have the steady routine - Get up at 6:00 am every morning and step on the scale each day. Minimum is 30 minutes of some activity each day.
As I wrote in last post Monday I started with a 30 minute lunch walk. So the week has gone by quite fast and the 20+ hrs. fasting each day has not been that hard this time around. Of course when I get home in the afternoons i am getting hungry there, especially this week where I have my 3 girls (Single dad every other week, Age 6, 9 and 15).
Now there are 2 hours until I will get my dinner so I figured better spend that on writing the update. This week Fasting has gone fine in my opinion:
Been keeping it steady on 20-23 hrs. each day.
This weeks activity has been a mix of Walking, Row machine and Cycling:
Tuesday: 30 min walk
Wednesday: 15 min Row machine, 15 min walk - Then did a 30 minute ride on Zwift in the afternoon
Thursday: 30 min ride on Zwift
Today: 30 min lunch walk.
Plans for the weekend are probably riding on Zwift, but if I am really in a good mood I will maybe take the MTB out for a spin:
Now, better get into weekend mode - Next update will be beginning of next week. At least so far 5/30 are completed with 30+ minutes of activity per day and 20+ hours fasting - And got some nice starting weight loss to boost the motivation and mood.
