Happy Monday! The weekend passed too fast.
I am super exhausted and super tired! But at the same time, I am super excited too! I have a lot of stuff to do but all this routine inspires me.
But today I wanted to ask you for a suggestion or tips... Squats and yoga became my daily tradition, ie morning tradition. But I think that I need to add to that tradition of jogging. I really like running, but I like to do it when there no one around me, or at least just 1-2 people. So it means I need to go for running around 4-5 AM, or 2-3 AM...Yes, the area I live in is super crowded... And people are walking around the lake almost 24/7...
Yes, on one side it is just an excuse, and I can force myself to run despite on people... And many people actually do run there and exercise...
But 'force' is not something that I really looking for. So, maybe you have any tricks? tips? or motivational thought? :)
