Good day!
I just finished my lunch and before getting back to the work I want to share with you an idea that came to me when I woke up today morning.
I decided to go back to my plank challenge. So today is my first day. I started with a normal plank but I am thinking about a side plank too. Also, I will try to bring squats to my morning routine too.
Also, I wanted to learn boxing but I am not sure yet...And I am too shy to go to the boxing club haha
What is your favorite workout or sports?
