I just finished a 2.52km running that lasted about 0hh:19mm:25ss !
2 days ago i went to play football(soccer) and i realized that i could not run like before. I was very tired in short period of time, I came home and started thinking i need to do something and decide to run as new years resolution.
It was very hard for first time, I was about to throw up 3 times but i continued to run. I would not say it was fun but it was satisfying to know that i started something good and did it, I plan to run 5 km as soon as i can , it would be great help if i get some advice. Its tough to run in Kathmandu's cold at morning but rewarding.
