I just finished a 5.091km running that lasted about 0hh:24mm:55ss !
My 322nd parkrun today, first in my age group, 10th overall out of 100 runner/ walkers. Official time 24:03. An age grading percentage of 63% which is my time % of my age group world record. It was supposed to be really hot today but we had some nice shade along the course and a cooling breeze. I felt pretty comfortable today so should be able to push a bit harder in the coming weeks.
