I just finished a 10.011km cycling that lasted about 0hh:30mm:7ss !
Some solid early morning rain had me changing to some indoor resistance trainer cycling Instead of the usual run. Felt good to mix it up a bit on the legs. I love my running but really need to be more constant in mixing different types of exercise in weekly.
