I just finished a 5.633km running that lasted about 0hh:28mm:5ss !
A bit of experiment today to know If I actually anticipate the pace without using my watch. It turns out, I cannot. I thought I was running relatively slower than my previous runs. I was trying to run faster. In the end, when I look at the actual time I clocked I was amazingly surprised.
I prefer to run at around 5 min/km pace or to better that performance. When I started the run, it felt like I I was not running enough. Tried to pace myself but was tired quickly.
Today was good day to run. It was sunny but the temperature was not that bad. Circled around the park and few other inner ways and alleys.
