I just finished a 8.806km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:43ss !
I changed the scenario of my run today. I decided running on soft hills just to give a little surprise to my legs.
I used to plan for running on hills always earlier in the start of the season but since due to the covid19 everything was interrupted by 2 months, this is like restarting again or, mostly, it is like doing a Pre-Running Season again.
The target here is just to get fit and tonified, gaining strength and speed while reinforcing the legs.
My feelings today while running have not been good, I felt tired and my heart is still weak aerobically speaking.
On top of the hill I met my old friend, the water fountain, which was ready to refresh me a little bit after 5 km climbing up.
While running I was wondering if perhaps, this low aerobic performance I have, is not due as having passed asymptomatically the coronavirus...
At this moment, if we have not done a test about, how the hell can we say if we have passed or not passed this stupid virus?
What I know is that I was not expecting such a low performance. Basically because I tried during all this time to keep my body active, indoors.
Ok, maybe it is just a matter of time that I will recover my running shape and that's all...
