We all know the meme culture that Mondays are the worst days of the week. Normally, I join that culture but I can confidently say that today's Monday has ascertained and cemented the fact.
We first start with my single bad decision of the day.
Lemme stay at home, no debit, no stress.
What that decision cost me was my mental health.
Three arguments with my mom, a talking down from my dad, my charger cord getting spoiled and somehow, the plate of soup I wanted to eat had turned sour.
This same Monday, I realized just the grey essence of tiredness. A task that I know with all my heart needed full urgency..
I. Just. Couldn't.
It's 11:17 now and mentally, I've logged off for the day, been listening to music since 7pm, got hit on the head by a metal door by 10pm (thankfully just a slight bump) while trying to release my dogs without the two males being free in the same space together (would write about that another time).
If I were to say the only minor win of the day is that I managed to drag myself off my bed and did my workout.
I stopped last year and since I'm actually slim fit—despite drastic tries to gain weight— I can't say I have an exact gym goal.
At this point I'm just trying to work off the huge amount of sugar I take in on a weekly basis.
Regardless, that's the summary of my day.
Argument, sour food, laziness, tiredness, mentally drained, head hurting with a bump, listened to 6 hours worth of music and gym session done.
May another Monday like this never happen.
