Hello, everyone. It’s me again your and will share stories to tell.
A while ago, I decided to have a solo run so that I can experience something new in this month. I am not confident to run by myself because I am insecure about my body and how my body looks like when I run. But because of that, I stepped my ego just to run a 4km just an hour. This was my first time running by myself and I hope you are ready to read and have learnings about this blog.
First things first, I did not jog directly because my bone muscles will be hurt. I just walk for a few steps so that I am ready to jog.
I wore leggings, black running shirt and of course my running shoes so that it’s comfortable to run. I also had my earphones just to listen some musics while jogging.
I did not expect for me to jog by myself. I was happy at that moment because I really want to loose some weight bit by bit. It’s not that people discriminate my body but because I am afraid what people talk behind my back. And I guess all I can do is to support myself where I will be happy.
After that, I started running until I landed at 2km! I am so happy because I reached 2km by myself. I know it's small but for me, its a lot of achievement taht I unlocked day by day like this. Maybe tomorrow, I'll jog by myself again. It's very good to run by yourself because you have inner peace to yourself. Because I know, life is really hard everyday but every individual encompasses their hardships and earned it within them! And I am very proud of you, guys! We did it very well.
And with that, I took a photo by myself on how I look when Im running. It's very hilarious because I took also a video while running and there are some people who also running like me. Maybe they dont mind since they also do some videos or taking a photo like mine.
Look at that face, still aiming to do better while running. Running really makes your heart at deep. Dont make it harsh but have a rest time bit by bit when you're running, because maybe you'll pass out somewhere. That's why if you're running, you have a water by your side to have a refresher.
And after that, I went back home to achieve the 4km. 4km is not that bad. It's a good achievement that you or me can unlocked. I know you can also achieve this kind of achievement like mine.
As you look closely, this is my 2nd fastest run that I have. And I am very proud to myself because with this, it's feel like heaven. This is my habit at the moment. Sometimes I could not do jogging because of some loaded school works. But I find time to run in any ways.
