π²πΎπ₯ BEGEDIL (POTATO CROQUETTES)
A potato dish that's absolutely delicious and surprisingly easy to make.
Soft, fluffy and hits all the comfort food spots. A savory packed potato explosion in a cute little package.
It has gained its popularity in the street food scene which once was only available during Ramadan at street bazaars, it's not found throughout the year at street food stands.
Its such an indulging and addictive street snack like all other street snacks I suppose. Slightly crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy mash potatoes on the inside, it's served with a side dipping sauce of 'Sambal Kicap' which is made from chilies and sweet soy sauce.
Its the perfect combination of all things delicious and a must try if you're ever in Malaysia or better yet, I'll be sharing with you the recipe which you can make right at home ππ‘
