I've been wearing glasses/contacts since my early 20s for far vision.

Now that I'm older and can't wear my glasses for reading, and I couldn't see with contacts to read, I now take my glasses off for reading and computer work.

I recently got new glasses. All of a sudden I couldn't see well with my glasses. I'd take them off and I could see as well with or without them. I found out that everything got better. I was told it was about 50% better than the last time. Hmmmm.

Anyway, I can see a lot better with the lower powered glasses.
