combining exercise with nature is such a great way to reset and recharge.. The cardio, the mountain climbing, and the scenic views must’ve made all the effort totally worth it.. It’s true, sometimes the best “rest” isn’t just lying down, but being active in a way that refreshes both your body and mind..
this reminds me to do my daily nature walks again.. 😆
