Hello Shadow Hunters!
I can't believe that it's already the new round and less than 10 more rounds, this contest will celebrate the 8th hiversary. Congratulations
. I have to raise both of my hand to salute you. By the way, this is a fun contest where we can enjoy the beautiful, unique shapes of shadows and sweet engaging participants too. In case you want to know more about this contest, please take your time to read this post.
Monday Morning, January 6th, I went out to check the roses that blooms in our front yard. But before I could set my eyes on the flower, I was shocked to see these two furry boys. I called their name and no reaction at all. I was wondering why would Lemon sleeping under the shade instead of sunbathing?. Then I spotted the green thing which almost dry between them. They munched the roots again!! Lemon was a frequent drunken but what's wrong with Pedro? Hubby told me that Lemon was kindly shared the roots with Pedro 🤣.
Ohh.. there're shadows to hunt here! I found out that my hubby already cut off one of the two rose buds we have. I moved the pot plant on purpose.
Tuesday Morning, January 7th, was my swimming day. I asked my hubby to take me with his scooter to the swimming pool. While on the ride, I took out my phone and turn on the camera with a thought of capturing the chaotic shadows on the street. You know something like trees, roof shadows, electricity poles, cables, people and vehicles.
Shadow selfie is a must wherever and whenever we go out, just for fun. But, I don't want to include something like this for the contest. We arrived at the private swimming pool and I took my time to captured some pictures for a photo chain contest at the flower bed close to the gate fences.
This is My entry
On my way to the swimming pool back door, I spotted this unique shadow on the wall. looked like a bat wing or butterfly but not really. I just took one shot of the shadow and I thought it would be fine for the contest. I never care about anything around before. After I joined the contest for the first time in round 352, I couldn't help but to let my shadow hunting instinct overruled anywhere, anytime.
I was so eager to jump in the pool, so I took another picture as a proof of what shadow it was. yeap, it's a plant's shadow. If I didn't read the participant's entries, I wouldn't have a chance to put this pictures on the highlight, LOL.
