Hello Shadow Hunters. Let's welcome Round 285 of this awesome contest, SMASh or Show Me A Shadow, hosted by . Check out the contest post with the rules and regulations here. Do read up and hopefully you can become one of us, Shadow Hunters.
The first time I posted Garden Shadows was 4 months ago, in Round 266. You may view this post here. At that time, our garden was undergoing a greening job, as my wife decided to "grassify" (is there such a word? haha) the entire front garden. So we had grass planted replacing the cement surface that it used to be. At that time of the first Garden Shadow post, the garden was not yet fully completed. In this Garden Shadow Part 2, all the work has been done. This is how it looks now.
After the grass planting we had our temple trees trimmed to allow the sun's rays enter the garden and give the grass the needed sunlight to grow. The picture below was taken before the trimming to show a comparison between the "before" and "after" effect of trimming on the garden, and this is emphasized by the shadows in both photos.
Big difference. The garden looks brighter and the shadows (that's one of the important part) are also crisper. Here are some Garden Shadows Part 2.
The last photo is my entry to this Round.
And that's all folks. I hope you liked this and enjoyed viewing our "grassified" garden and its shadows. Keep SMAShing folks. Have a great rest of the week. Stay safe and healthy.
