Stuffed tofu is fried tofu inside which is filled in the form of several stir-fried vegetables such as cauliflower, wartel and others, but in processing stuffed tofu it is very easy, we only need to prepare a few ingredients.
Materials needed to make tofu filled with vegetables:
1 wartel
Green onions and celery
100 toge
200 grams of all-purpose flour
2 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of cayenne pepper
Steps in making tofu filled with vegetables:
Cut carrots lengthwise or may also suit individual tastes
take 100 grams of cabbage and then thinly slice it until it's all gone
take the celery leaves and leeks then finely chop everything
Blend the ingredients for the spices, including cayenne pepper, shallots and white onions, until smooth
Then prepare cooking oil and sauté everything until fragrant, then add the vegetables that were cut earlier and cook until everything is cooked
Then prepare the cooking oil and then fry all the tofu until the tofu is cooked
Take part in the tofu, and after that put the vegetables that have been sautéed earlier into the tofu
Then cover with the wet flour mixture over the entire surface of the tofu
Then fry all the tofu until the color is golden brown and after that the tofu filled with vegetables is ready to be enjoyed
