back again with me this time I want to share a simple recipe, which is easy to serve, this time for the side dish menu for lunch I made stir-fried coconut bean sprouts, because today I really wanted to eat stir-fried coconut bean sprouts, I didn't take long to go to the market to shop for these ingredients, but I also added tempeh, so that the taste is more delicious, and the nutrition is also complete, even though it's a simple dish but it is very suitable served with warm rice
Materials needed to make bean sprout stir fry:
- bean sprouts
- green chilies
- tomatoes
- shallots
- Garlic
- tempeh
- coconut milk sachets
how to make stir fry bean sprouts in coconut milk:
(1) take the tempe then cut into cubes, after that fry the half cooked tempe before frying it with a little salt after that leave it for a while
(2) then take ingredients such as tomatoes, chilies and onions and then thinly slice everything, and prepare a little cooking oil after that, add the chilies, onions, tomatoes, saute until it emits a fragrant smell
(3) and after that add the bean sprouts that have been washed before then add a little water, and then add 1 sachet of coconut milk and stir until evenly mixed
(4) after that add the tempeh that was fried earlier, and then stir until everything is evenly mixed, then cook for a while until the bean sprouts are cooked, and add a little salt then correct the taste
