The recipe that I am sharing with you today comes from a new cycle dedicated to salads, to that part of our food that is so important that from simplicity and whatever we have in the fridge we can prepare delicious dishes.
Raw salads - my favourites - with their nutrients, colours, flavours, crunchiness, giving a colourful touch to meals.

Let's get right down to the ingredients and the step-by-step instructions.
Β½ calabacΓn
Β½ zanahoria
Β½ cebolla morada
limΓ³n, jugo
1 tomate
1 puΓ±ito de ajonjolΓ
1 pisca de sal
aceite de olivo al gusto
Β½ courgette
Β½ carrot
Β½ red onion
lemon juice
1 tomato
1 handful of sesame seeds
1 pinch of salt
olive oil to taste
El calabacΓn y las zanahorias las cortamos finamente con la ayuda de un pela papas o picamos en tiras finas
Cut the courgette and carrots finely with the help of a potato peeler or chop them into thin strips.
En una hornilla ponemos a ahumar el tomate, hasta que rompa su piel, pelamos y cortamos
Smoke the tomato on a hotplate until the skin is broken, peel and cut into pieces.
Picamos la cebolla y colocamos con el resto de los ingredientes, agregamos el ajonjolΓ y la sal
Chop the onion and place it with the rest of the ingredients, add the sesame seeds and salt.
Colocamos una cucharada de la crema de aguacate, un chorrito de aceite de olivo junto con gotas de limΓ³n
Add a spoonful of avocado cream, a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice.
Integramos los ingredientes, rectificamos sal, la ensalada lista para degustar, solita como lo hice yo o ser una buena guarniciΓ³n
Add the ingredients, check the salt, the salad is ready to be enjoyed.
