Ingredients needed:
- 50 grams of green beans
- 1 pcs of chayote
- 2 pcs of white tofu
Spices:
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 pcs of garlic
- 3 pcs of shallot
- 2 pcs cayenne pepper
Cooking Process :
- Peel the chayote, then cut it into small pieces.
- then cut the green beans into 2 finger-sized pieces
- Then cut the tofu into smaller pieces.
Prepare the oil, then fry the tofu until cooked.
