Hi my beloved friends.. It's been a long time since I last posted to all my friends..
This is because a few weeks ago I prepared for our Eid Day.. And when Eid Day arrived, my husband and I went to an area to visit our distant family to celebrate Eid and have a vacation.. And I will share it in another post.
This time I want to share the menu that I cooked after almost 2 weeks of not touching the kitchen. 😆
The menu that I am cooking this time is Spicy Red Chili Sauce with Eggplant and Tempeh
This menu contains a lot of vitamins. Including tempeh which is a fermented dish that is rich in vegetable protein, minerals, fiber and vitamin B. So is eggplant which contains many benefits for the body.
I adjusted this cooking menu because we really like spicy chilies. And if you want to try it and can't stand spicy food, then you can reduce the chilies.
Ingredients needed;
- Purple eggplant
- Tempeh
Seasoning ingredients;
- Red chili 10 pcs
- Red onion 2 pcs and garlic 2pcs
- Tomato 1/2
- Cayenne pepper 7 pcs
Cooking instructions ;
- cut the eggplant into smaller pieces
- Prepare the ingredients to be fried, tempeh and eggplant.
Then heat the oil
Then fry the tempeh until cooked.
After the tempeh is cooked, fry the eggplant too
While waiting for the eggplant and tempeh to cook.. Let's prepare the spices
- Peel all the garlic and shallots
Blend with a little water and Blend until smooth.
Set aside the oil that was used for frying.
With the remaining oil in the pan. Then add the spices that have been ground earlier. And stir fry until a little oil comes out
After slightly cooked, add salt, sugar and flavoring.
Correct the taste.
After that, add the fried tempeh and stir well..
Also add the fried eggplant and stir well..
Menu ready to be served
Tempeh can always be combined with other ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious menu that is also easy to make..
Thank you for reading my blog.. Have a nice day..
