This recipe yields 3 starters and can be prepared in 20 minutes.
To prepare this delicious and nutritious breakfast, we need to boil 1 cup of water in a small pot. When it boils, add the washed spinach leaves and let it boil for 3 minutes. Strain through a strainer and set aside.
Cut all the vegetables into pieces and sauté them together with the oregano.
In a bowl, add the sifted flour, salt to taste, baking soda, a tablespoon of soybean oil, sautéed vegetables and spinach.
Stir until a creamy dough is formed.
In a very hot frying pan, put 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1 tablespoon of the pancake mix.
Add the sesame seeds and flip when golden brown.
The sesame seed helps to make them crunchy and adds to their delicious flavor. We can make different shapes, for example, I made some heart-shaped ones.
When our pancakes are golden brown on both sides, remove from heat and serve.
I accompanied with a portion of grapes and apple chunks. Also with mango and banana juice, without sugar and with little water to enjoy the flavor of the fruits.
