I hope you are happy and healthy. Today I will share a recipe of lfenugreek leaves and soyabean curry. Soya Methi Curry with Soyabean is a delightful and nutritious dish that combines the goodness of soyabean with the aromatic flavors of fenugreek leaves.

Ingredients:
☘️1 cup soyabean
☘️ 1 cup fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
☘️ 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
☘️ 1 onion (finely chopped)
☘️ 1 teaspoon garlic( crushed)
☘️ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
☘️ 1 teaspoon coriander powder
☘️ 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
☘️ Salt to taste
☘️ 2 teaspoons oil
Preparation
🪸 First, soak the soybeans in hot water.
🪸Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed and chopped onion. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
🪸Add crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
🪸 Add chopped tomato and cook until the oil separates. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
🪸Add fenugreek leaves. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add soaked soyabean and mix well together. Cook low heat for 10 minutes.To ensure that all the flavors blend together seamlessly.
🪸 Once the curry is cooked, turn off the heat.
🪸Serve hot with roti or patatha .
