Fried tofu is a food using tofu which is filled with vegetables and then fried using vegetable oil, this food is usually served as a daily snack.
Today cloudy weather greeted me and my family this afternoon, light rain finally wet the earth, my family and I just stayed at home while enjoying the sweet sound of raindrops. I don't have any important activities, I just gather with my beloved family. But suddenly hunger haunted me, I quickly went straight to the refrigerator to see what food was there.
But I did not find fast food, there were only a few pieces of tofu and vegetables that my wife bought this morning. When I saw a few pieces of tofu, I immediately asked my wife to make fried tofu stuffed snacks, not long after that we cooked the Malay snacks together in the kitchen.
In this article, I will share a few experiences that I encountered in the kitchen when processing tofu and vegetables into a very delicious snack.
The materials used are:
Know enough.
Carrots 2 pieces.
Sufficient bean sprouts.
Adequate celery leaves.
Sufficient beans.
Cabbage leaves to taste.
Sufficient onions.

Garlic to taste.
Red chili to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Turmeric to taste.
Sufficient lime.

Vegetable oil to taste.

The processing method is very simple, the first thing is to puree the onion, garlic, red chili, turmeric, pepper, and pepper using a blender and add a little water to taste when smoothing the ingredients into cooking spices.
The next thing is to slice the vegetables that we will use as the contents of this fried tofu, slice or cut into small pieces so that later the vegetables are easy to put into the tofu. After that take the tofu and set the contents aside or leave the contents in the tofu blank.
After that, heat the vegetable oil and stir-fry the spices, add carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage leaves, celery leaves, leeks, chickpeas, and add enough water and stir until evenly distributed. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste and stir the food continuously until it is cooked, if it is cooked then set the food aside for a storage container for a while.
The next step is to make a snack dough that will be useful for frying later, first provide a food container then enter the flour, rice flour, baking powder, add salt, pepper, fine turmeric, and lime juice and enough water. Stir the dough evenly until it thickens, if it has thickened it means the dough is ready to be processed.
The next stage is frying the tofu snack food, before frying, first input the vegetables that have been stir-fried into the tofu, do this repeatedly as needed. If it has been done, then coat the tofu contents into the dough that has been prepared earlier, coat the tofu contents one by one until evenly distributed.
Then reheat the vegetable oil, fry the tofu stuffed with the batter one by one, fry it until it's completely cooked, when it's done, the fried tofu is ready to eat.
I made this fried vegetable snack with my beloved wife, as a woman of course she is smarter in the cooking section in the kitchen, but the experience I got this time was very valuable, of course. We can serve these snacks to be enjoyed with the family at home, until this post was published the rain still continued to wet the earth.
