Hello. vegan world greetings🙏 here is today's my vegan dinner for vegetarian Thursday. Thank you plantpowerhive and for giving me an opportunity to be part of the plant power community.
KHUS-KHUS with vegetables and salad.
the ingredients:
1 cup of khus khus Round semolina.
1/3 cup of green frozen peas
2 spring onions
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1tsp paprika powder
1 tsp thyme
1.2 lime
1/2 garlic
1/2 tsp pepper powder.
15 brussel sprout
1/2 paprika
30 green beans
1 medium-size red onion
2 small carrots
1 potato
few branches of coriander Need parsley but I do not have it today.
Clean and chop all vegetables in small bites
In the khus-khus add 1/3 tsp salt 1 tbs olive oil and add 3/4 cup of boiling water mix it thoroughly and keep on the side with a cover on.
Mix lime juice, tomato paste, thyme, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder l/2 tsp sugar, and little water in it. Heat the oil in the pan and add chopped garlic and onion. stir it until translucent.
Add all chopped vegetables in and stir it thoroughly. Add spice tomato paste mixture to it. add some water just enough to cook.
separate the grains and add them to cooked vegetables. add coriander or parsley. our khus-khus is ready.
cut some vegetables according to your choice. make the dressing with olive oil, and apple vinegar. salt pepper, and sugar I like to use some roasted pumpkin, sunflower seeds, and roasted coconut. pure the dressing on the vegetables and sprinkle seeds on it.
