Ingredients;
- 2 Eggplants.
- 2 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder.
- 1 teaspoonPepper powder.
- wheat flour 100g
- cronflour 50g
- biscuit powder 50g.
- 3 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Remove the skin from the eggplant and wash and clean.

Then cut the cleaned eggplant into thin strips as shown in the pictures below.

Then take a small bowl and put salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, curry powder, mustard powder all together and add 3 tbsp of lime juice and mix it well.

Then spread the mixture on thinly sliced eggplant with a brush. As in the pictures below.

Then put 50g of wheat flour in a separate bowl.

Then take another bowl and put 50g of wheat flour in it, add a teaspoon of cornflour and a little turmeric powder, add a little water and make it like a liquid.

Then spread the eggplant on the wheat flour that was put separately in a bowl. As shown in the pictures.

After that, put the eggplant that has been spread with wheat flour in a separate container prepared as a liquid and spread it well.
