Required Ingredients...
🍀 About 20 garlic cloves.
🍀 About 20 small onion.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 1 Carrot.
🍀 1 Tomato
🍀 2 Green chilli pods.
🍀 2/3 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍀 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 1/2 teaspoons of chili powder.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
🍀 A few cinnamon sticks.
Method of making.
First, wash and clean carrots, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes and cut them into pieces as desired.
Then take a bowl, add a tablespoon of coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove until it gets hot, add Fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, curry leaves, raw chillies and onions and fry for about a minute.
Then garlic, carrot and tomato are added to it. Mix it well.
Then add the coconut milk and cook for about 6 minutes and remove from the heat.
