š2 small beetroots or one large beetroot.
šA chopped tomato.
šA little lime juice.
š2 pods of chopped green chillies.
šA chopped onion.
š1 tablespoon of pepper powder.
šSalt to taste.

First, take a pot, put water in it, add beetroot and boil it for about 10 minutes.

Then peel the beetroot and cut it into convenient shapes.
