How are you hive guys, as usual today too, I wish my dear friends a good night. Today I will take a delicious dish and share it with you. These dishes are going to be made from jackfruit seeds which we can easily find. You can make this recipe very easily. Jackfruit is rich in protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Hence helps in boosting the immune system and supporting brain function. It is also important for maintaining bones and muscles. Jackfruit seed is widely used in many foods in Asia. Let's see how to make this.

Ingredients;
šJackfruit seed 20.
šA chopped onion.
šA chopped large fish chilli pod.
šCurry leaves.
šA little chopped garlic.
š1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
š1 or 2 teaspoons of chilli powder.
š1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
šSalt to taste.
š2 table spoon Coconut oil or vegetable oil.

Method of making;
1 step.
First peel and clean the jackfruit seeds and wash them well.
2 step.
Then cut the jackfruit seeds into thin slices. As in the following images.
2 step.
Then take a vessel and put about 2 table spoons of oil in it and let it heat on low flame. Add the chopped jackfruit seeds. mix well and let it fry for about 4 minutes.
3 step.
Then add garlic and salt and fry for about a minute.
4 step.
Then add chillies, turmeric powder, pepper and salt to required amount and mix it. As in the images below.
5 step.
It took us about 7 minutes. So then add curry leaves and fish chilli. Stir it well and after another minute take it off the stove as shown in the pictures below.
Now we have made this delicious dish from jackfruit seeds. It is a food that can be eaten for a long time. Increase or decrease the amount of things mentioned here according to your need.
