How are you guys? I would like to wish you a good night. Today as always, I am going to talk about a new dish. As time goes by, the weekend has arrived. We are facing various experiences at this time. Today's recipe is a mixed snack of noodles.It does not take much time to make. It is easy to maintain a high nutritional status of the food we prepare because it can be prepared at home. If we buy from the market, it contains artificial flavors which are harmful to the body. So let's see how to make this.

Ingredients;
⚫️Instant noodles 100g
⚫️1 cup hot water.
⚫️1 carrot.
⚫️A few leaves of leeks
⚫️A chopped onion.
⚫️2 pods of chopped green chillies.
⚫️1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
⚫️1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
⚫️Salt to taste.
⚫️4 tablespoon corn flour.
⚫️Coconut oil 300ml

Method of making;
1 step.
First, put the noodles in a bowl, add a cup of hot water and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
2 step.
Then cut carrots, leeks, onions, green chilies into small pieces. As in the following images.
3 step.
Then cut the noodles boiled in hot water into small pieces.
4 step.
Then add chopped onions, green chilies, carrots, and leeks to the noodles cut into small pieces.
5 step.
Then add pepper powder, chilli powder, corn flour and required amount of salt to it.
6 step.
Stir it very well as seen in the pictures below.
7 step.
Then take a pot, put oil in it and after it is heated, take a fork and put a small portion of the noodle mixture into the oil. As shown in the pictures below. Once it turns golden, remove from the heat.
