Good morning to all HIVE friends. How are you? We always plan balanced meals, which include proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and a variety of fruits and vegetables to meet your dietary needs. The ability to plan meals that cater to everyone's tastes is also a valuable skill. It is our responsibility to maintain a diverse menu and provide numerous options. Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking are not just chores but enjoyable activities for us. Finding joy is essential in life, and we also make time to watch YouTube videos to discover new food experiences. Based on that, I decided to try my hand at preparing a new dish inspired by Sri Lankaβa pumpkin bun. I wanted to see if it would turn out delicious, so I gave it a try. It turned out to be incredibly tasty! Now, let's explore how we can recreate this delightful recipe.

Ingredients;
π Wheat flour 200 g.
π 1 teaspoons of active dry yeast.
π pumpkin 150g.
π 1 teaspoons of baking powder.
π 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
π 4 tablespoons of sugar .
π Oil paper 1.


Method of making;
1 step.
First, wash the pumpkin well and cut it into pieces.

Then take a bowl of cut pumpkin pieces and boil them well.
3 step.
Then mash the boiled pumpkin well.
4 step.
Then take another big cup and add Wheat flour to it. Then add yeast, baking powder and sugar.
5 step.
Then add the well mix pumpkin to the wheat flour mixture and mix well. Finally, add some oil and make a dough and let it rise for about 15 minutes.

Then knead the dough into small balls and prepare them as shown in the photo below.

Then make thinned flour into several loaves. As in the following images.

Then cut it in two like below. Make it beautiful design.
8 step.
Then boil it in a steamer or rice cooker for about 20 minutes.
Now this delicious and nutritious pumpkin bun is ready. I want to say something, I also tried this for the first time and it lacked a little sugar. But tasty. The amount of sugar should be increased. Take the real test. All our family ate. Best suited for tea time. Then I will meet with another update.
