Today I am going to teach you how to make a curry out of ambarella nuts. . This is really a very tasty dish with a sweet and sour mix that can be eaten for a long time. Ambarella curry. I hope you and I all like it. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
⚫️300g of Ambarella.
⚫️ A chopped onion.
⚫️A few sticks of cinnamon.
⚫️Curry leaves.
⚫️2 pods of chopped green chillies.
⚫️A little chopped garlic.
⚫️2 or 3 cloves.
⚫️1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
⚫️1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
⚫️1 teaspoon of meet curry powder.
⚫️2 teaspoons of sugar.
⚫️1 teaspoon of curry powder.
⚫️Salt to taste.
⚫️2 cups of water .
⚫️2 table spoon Coconut oil or vegetable oil.
Method of making;
1 step.
First, wash the ambarella fruits and put it in a pot and boil it for about 10 minutes until the skin peels off. Then remove the skin of the ambarella fruit.

Then take a vessel and put 2 or 3 table spoon of oil on low flame. Then fry the chopped garlic and onion on the hot oil for about 2 minutes.
3 step.
Then add garlic, curry leaves, green chillies and cinnamon to that pot.Stir it well and fry it for about a minute.
4 step.
Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, meat curry powder and salt to the required amount and mix well. As in the following images.
5 step.
Then add the ambarella to the fried ingredients. As in the picture below.
6 step.
Then add about 2 cups of water to it, stir it well and let it cooking for about 5 minutes.
7 step.
Then add required amount of salt and cook for another 7 or 8 minutes.
So I have made this recipe and it is ready to be eaten with rice or bread. Ambarella is also a good source of vitamin C and helps protect the body from damage. It also contains vitamin A, which is important for maintaining healthy eyes and skin. It has a lot more nutrients. This delicious curry was eaten with bread in our family.
