The act of cooking itself creates an atmosphere that awakens our senses and stirs our appetite. in the kitchen, we find ourselves fully immersed in the art of creating nourishment and happiness. cooking is a journey that teaches us patience as we eagerly wait for flavors to blend and develop. each ingredient carefully selected and used sparingly, reminds us of their future impact on our well-being. it is a beautiful reminder of the nourishing power of food and our profound connection to the joy of creating something both beautiful and delicious. today We will embark on a culinary adventure by preparing a delicious curry with slightly ripe pineapple. this dish is a celebration of flavors, combining the sweetness of the pineapple with the spices and rich textures of the curry. so, without further ado, let's dive into the recipe and explore how we can bring together these wonderful ingredients to create a mouthwatering dish. get ready to embark on a delightful journey of flavors as we unveil the secrets of making this delicious pineapple curry.


š A slightly ripe pineapple.
š 1/2 cup of cocoanut milk.
š 1 Teaspoon of sugar.
š Curry leaves.
š A few sticks of cinnamon.
š 1 onions, finely chopped.
š 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
š A crushed garlic.
š 2 cardamom pods.
š 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed chili powder.
š 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
š 1 Teaspoons of chili powder.
š Salt to taste.
š 1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
š 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder.
š 1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
š 1 Teaspoon of meet curry powder.
š 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil.


1 step.
First remove the outer skin of the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. As in the images below.
2 step.
Then put the chopped pineapple in a plastic cup and add pepper powder, mustard powder, salt and meat curry and mix well.
(Do not use aluminum pans for this. Because the acidity in pineapple reacts with aluminum.)

Then take an earthen pot and put it on the stove and add coconut oil on low flame. Once the coconut oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry for about 2 minutes.

Then add curry leaves, cinnamon, hopped green chillies, crushed garlic, cardamom and fry for about 2 minutes by mixing well.
5 step.
Then add chilli powder and pieces, turmeric powder and curry powder to it and fry it for about 2 minutes by mixing well.
6 step.
Then add the pineapple chunks mixture to it. Cook it for about a minute.
7 step.
Then add sugar and coconut milk to it, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
Now this delicious pineapple curry is ready. Best eaten with rice. And it can be made very easily. Try it if you can. It is tasty as well as very nutritious food. Then I will meet with another new dish.
