How are you guys? I would like to wish you a good night. Today I will tell you how to make a very tasty and easy Yardlong bean stir fry. These are also called Snake Beans. A different name is also used in Sri Lanka. However, it is a very nutritious vegetable. For us, this vegetable is very tasty when we add oil to it. I added some of my own home grown Snake Beans to my recipe today, let's see how we can make it.

Ingredients;
⚫️150g of Yardlong bean.
⚫️Curry leaves.
⚫️A chopped onion.
⚫️A few sticks of cinnamon.
⚫️A little chopped garlic.
⚫️1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
⚫️2 teaspoons chopped chili powder.
⚫️Salt to taste.
⚫️3 table spoon Coconut oil or vegetable oil.
Method of making;
1 step.
First, break the Yardlong beans into pieces by hand. After that wash it well.
2 step.
Then take a vessel and add coconut oil or vegetable oil and let it heat on low flame. Then add chopped garlic, curry leaves and cinnamon to it and let it fry for about 2 minutes in low flame. Meanwhile, stir it well.

Then add chili powder and turmeric powder to it.
4 step
Then add yardlong bean to it. After that, fry it for about 10 minutes in low flame and remove the pot.
5 step
After 10 minutes add salt as needed. Then fry it for about 2 minutes and remove it from the stove so that its color does not change.
