Good evening to all hive friends. Today I have a nutritious curry to share with you. This is a delicious and nutritious banana flower and jackfruit seed curry. It's a new experience. It's delicious. Packed with essential nutrients such as fiber, protein, vitamins A and C, potassium and antioxidants, banana blossoms contribute to digestive health and offer a range of potential health benefits, including improved immunity and heart health. Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 banana flower.
🍀 10 cleaned jackfruit seeds.
🍀 2 cups of coconut milk.
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 2 green chili pods.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of chili powder.
🍀 2 teaspoons of roasted curry powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of curry powder.
Method of making....
First, cut the banana flower into fairly large pieces and wash them in water with some lime juice. Simultaneously, remove the skin from the jackfruit seeds and break them into large pieces.
Then add chopped banana pieces, jackfruit seed, chili powder, turmeric powder, fried curry powder, curry powder, mustard powder, salt and mix.
Then put a pot on the stove and add about a tablespoon of oil to it and after it heats up, add fenugreek seeds, garlic, onion, curry leaves, mix and fry for about 2 minutes.
Then add the prepared banana flower mixture to it and add about a cup of coconut milk. After cooking for about 5 minutes, add the remaining cup of coconut milk and salt to it and mix. Cook it for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
So, this delicious curry is ready. This banana flower and jackfruit seed curry is a celebration when paired with fragrant rice.
