Taro is a traditional favorite food in our country, known for its sweet taste and creamy texture. To increase its nutritional value, I added ingredients like carrot, onion, and coconut.
Featuring a root vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals, this taro bread is a dish that everyone, young and old, can enjoy. I found these taro tubers from the taro plantation that I have grown in my garden. Taro also has nutritional properties such as dietary fiber, potassium, and manganese. So, let's see how to prepare this delightful dish.

Required Ingredients...
š Taro 200g.
š 1 Cup of Wheat flour.
š 1 Cup of Grated Coconut.
š 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
š A little chopped onion.
š A finely chopped carrot.
š Salt as required.
š some coconut oil.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, boil the taro well and remove the skin.

Then mash the boiled taro well with a fork or spoon.
3 Step.
Then add wheat flour, chopped carrots, green chillies and onions to it and mix well.
4 Step.
Then add grated coconut and a little salt to it and mix well and prepare it as a dough.
5 Step.
Next, break the dough into small balls and prepare them as shown in the pictures below.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove, add about a teaspoon of coconut oil and let it heat up
Turn both sides until the roti is steamed. Then remove from the stove. Prepare the roti in this way.
So prepared from taro in this way. The roti is ready and Very soft. Also, the ingredients used to prepare this roti are high in nutritional value. By giving this to children too, they can get the nutrition they need in the morning from the same roti.
