Good morning, dear friends of the hive! How are you all doing? Lately, I haven't been able to spend as much time on this platform due to my father's illness. However, whenever possible, I do make an effort to connect here. Today, I'd like to share with you a simple recipe for preparing a nutritious bean curry. Bean curry is not only delicious and satisfying but also packed with nutrients. Whether you're an experienced chef or a novice in the kitchen, it's easy to whip up. Beans are an excellent source of plant-based protein, making them a valuable addition to vegetarian and vegan diets. Furthermore, their fiber content promotes digestion, bowel regularity, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Let's dive into how to prepare this flavorful dish.

Required Ingredients...
š 200g of Beans.
š 1/4 cup of coconut oil.
š A finely chopped onion.
š A few cinnamon sticks.
š Curry leaves.
š Some finely chopped garlic.
š About 2 chopped green chilli pods.
š 1/3 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
š 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
š 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
š 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
š 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
š Salt to taste.
Method of making.
First, wash and clean the beans and finely cut them into desired shapes.
Then take a vessel and add about 2 table spoons of oil to it and put it on the stove and after the oil gets hot, mix it well using fenugreek seeds, garlic, onion, curry leaves and green chillies.
Then add turmeric powder, curry powder, mustard powder, pepper powder and salt to it and mix well.
Then add the chopped beans to it and mix well.
Then add coconut milk to it and mix. Cook it for about 3 minutes. Be sure to cook the beans to retain their green color.
So this delicious and nutritious bean curry is ready. It can be set up very easily. This is an important vegetable to meet protein requirements for vegetarians. And with simple ingredients and basic cooking techniques, you can create a hearty and delicious meal that satisfies your cravings and nourishes your body.
