Ingredients :
Rice - 2 kg
Red lentils - 1 kg
Pumpkin - 1 kg
Potatoes - 1 kg
Chilli - 200 gms
Dry chili - 100 grams
Cardamom - 2 pcs
Oil - As per quantity
Salt - As per quantity
Tumeric - As per quantity
The methods of making :
Cut the vegetables and wash them in water.
Put 2 cardamoms in hot oil.
Fry the lentils.
Fry dry chilies.
Now fry potatoes and pumpkin.Add salt and turmeric as needed while frying them.
Add water.
Heat water and add rice.
Wait for the rice to boil.
It will take 15 minutes for the rice to boil well. Then take it down.
