Greetings food lovers,
Happy Easter Sunday everyone it's me again for another food recipe to share.
Today I'm making Guso seaweed salad and it's very ideal today here because we are celebrating Easter Sunday and a lot of tourists and locals are spending fun at the beach and speaking of beaching different foods are relish and it includes kinilaw and I'm making kinilaw na guso or guso seaweeds salad today and I'm sharing it with you the recipe.
I got these fresh seaweeds from the market this morning and decided to make salad because I have a lot of newly harvested tomatoes from my garden.
Here are the ingredients and procedures
First I cut the seaweed into small pieces and wash them thoroughly, Next, I boiled water and blanched seaweed for two minutes and make sure not to overcook them, then removed it from the fire drain and wash it in flowing water.
Then I prepared the ingredients.
I used my freshly picked tomatoes, ginger, onion, coconut wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Then time to add and mix all the ingredients.
Now here's my Guso seaweed salad very good for an appetiser and a side dish with grilled pork or fish.
Good to know why it's good to eat guso seaweeds.
